Dr. med. U. Mohr started on his path through othordox and alternative medicine, psychosomatic Psychotherapy while simultaneously applying his knowledge to support extreme methods of training with the Bundeswehr more than 30 years ago.

The Simplonik, science of simplicity, developed through his experience and the fact that there were always exceptions, for example therapies that did not work for everyone. This never stoped to interest him.

This gave rise to the idea of formulating the laws of nature known in chemistry and physics in such a simple and clear way that they can be applied anywhere and anytime, i.e., in every area of knowledge and life. They have no exceptions. He is the author of numerous publications on this subject.
